In this role, you will own activities like those of a desktop publisher to deliver infrastructure, enablement, automation, distribution, accountability, and controls across integrated marketing programs, such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experienced in Adobe InDesign is required.Some of your key responsibilities include:Develop a comprehensive understanding of Capital Partners Marketing’s business line and products to produce and maintain key marketing collateralDeliver day-to-day core marketing operations processes and/or materials to support best-in-class collateral, presentations, and email campaignsCollaborate with Relationship Managers to create client presentationsWork closely with Data Governance, Technology, and various groups throughout the firm to help enhance existing platforms, build new tools, and ultimately automate production processesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand product positioning and marketing requirements to service our existing client base and new prospectsConvert complex data and concepts to attractive tables, graphs, maps, and charts using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesignCapture, analyze and report appropriate ROI data and make recommendations for the ongoing optimization of activitiesImplement marketing technology best practices and recommend improvements based on Firm and industry guidelines to drive business resultsIdentify and escalate issues and contribute to projects to maintain data and messaging integrityCoordinate the tracking and reporting of key budget planning, operational processes, and reports throughout the yearAssist with special projects on an ad-hoc basisQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required3+ years of working experience and/or knowledge of the securities industry is preferredProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign) and ability to learn how to leverage automation platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer-service approachAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines while working under pressureStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn and optimize processesOrganized and willing to take on additional responsibilitiesAbility to work with autonomy as well as in a team environmentResourceful and creative problem-solverProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointSalary RangeNY: $75,000 - $90,000 base salary + annual bonus opportunityBBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing.
