We are seeking a skilled and board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join our well-established and collaborative practice in Lake Charles, LA. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced technologies, including da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery, and to be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing comprehensive urological care. Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Urological Care:
  • Provide a full spectrum of urological services, including urology, urologic gynecology, surgical/medical urologic oncology, and male reproductive health.
  • Perform both medical and surgical interventions, with access to advanced technologies such as the da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery system.
  • Collaborate with a full complement of cancer support services to deliver holistic care to patients with urologic cancers.
• Practice Collaboration:
  • Join an established practice with other experienced urologists, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Work closely with over 50 employed primary care providers and maintain strong alignment with community providers to ensure a robust referral base.
• Call Rotation & Work-Life Balance:
  • Participate in a manageable 1:4 emergency room call rotation, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Urology.
• Strong surgical skills, with experience or interest in robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
