Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individualized therapy sessions with clients, applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy. \n
- Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor therapy strategies that meet each client's unique needs. \n
- Provide therapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring that each interaction contributes positively to the client's recovery journey. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities including workshops and training sessions to remain updated on the latest mental health research and practice methodologies. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor license (LPC) in the state of Texas. \n
- Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings. \n
- A strong foundation in legal and ethical standards pertaining to counseling practices. \n

- Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred. \n
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to orchestrate comprehensive care for clients is an asset. \n
The annual salary for the Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
