HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic Helpers
Proman Skilled Trades is seeking motivated HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic Helpers for a commercial warehouse construction project in Clayton, NC 27527 . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with HVAC or sheet metal experience looking to grow their skills alongside experienced mechanics.
Job Details:
- Location: Clayton, NC 27527
- Start Time: 7:00 AM
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Project-Based
- Overtime Available
- Competitive Pay Based on Experience
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience assisting with HVAC sheet metal installation
- Familiarity with commercial ductwork installation
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to work from layouts and follow directions from lead mechanics
- Reliable transportation
- Must have appropriate PPE
- MUST pass drug screen
- MUST have OSHA 10 or higher
Responsibilities:
- Assist mechanics with the installation of rectangular, round, and spiral ductwork
- Help measure, assemble, hang, and secure sheet metal components
- Load, unload, and organize materials on the jobsite
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support the HVAC crew to ensure projects stay on schedule
