Inspector Team Assistant

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Location: San Marcos, Texas 78666
Schedule: 1st- 6am -6pm 2nd- 6pm-6am (40 hours per week)
Start: September 8, 2026
Job Type: Contract

About the Role

ShareSTAFF is hiring Inspector Team Assistants for contract assignments at a warehouse/distribution center in San Marcos, Texas. The ITA works with the inspection team. They will monitor work and evaluate performance, and provide input to Project Coordinators. They ensure proper handling of reject/non-conforming/scrap materials and coordinate activities with logistics for proper material flow. All roles at Vayan Group play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing quality in various industries to achieve total customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Support quality planning, assembly, and inspection activities
• Monitor work processes and evaluate performance
• Assist with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and procedures
• Ensure proper identification and handling of rejected, non-conforming, and materials
• Coordinate with Logistics to maintain proper material flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Assist with document and data control
• Communicate quality-related observations and provide feedback to Project Coordinators

What You Bring - Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or education preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Manufacturing or quality-control experience preferred
• Previous inspection or inspection lead experience is a plus

What You Bring - Preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
