Maternal Fetal Medicine Lead Sonographer (Open)

The Lead Sonographer coordinates, plans, and organizes the clinical activities of the area under the direction of leadership.

Responsibilities include assessing clinical staffing needs, preparing and maintaining work schedules, facilitating effective communication, contributing to performance improvement activities, assisting with education activities, monitoring performance improvement activities, observing safety precautions, participating in direct patient care delivery, and interpreting exam results.

Requirements include an associate's degree in a clinical discipline, three years of clinical experience, appropriate licensure and certifications, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
