What You’ll Do: Meet with homeowners via telephone to assess garage door needs and deliver customized solutions Take ownership of the sales process from first contact to final follow-up Generate and pursue new leads via phone consultations Provide accurate, competitive estimates for service, remodels, and installations Recommend upgrades and accessories that enhance safety, function, and style Serve as the go‑to expert and main point of contact throughout the entire project Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution Maintain detailed customer records and follow‑up using Service‑Titan Support your peers and help the team achieve collective success Participate in ongoing product and sales training What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of successful sales experience in the trades or home services industry A passion for customer service and building long‑term client relationships Tech‑savvy with experience using Service‑Titan (or willingness to learn) Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to perform office‑based duties Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills What We Offer: Unlimited Earning Potential – No Cap!
