Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and clinical services, ensuring the delivery of safe, home-based intravenous therapies. The role focuses on leading sterile compounding activities, managing pharmacy staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and driving branch profitability in a growing infusion pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Must have schedule flexibility for administrative on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily pharmacy functions including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
• Lead, train, and evaluate pharmacists and technicians; manage recruitment and scheduling including on-call
• Ensure strict compliance with State Board of Pharmacy laws and USP compounding guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care in infusion therapies
• Participate in branch budgeting, workflow efficiencies, and business performance initiatives

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum 5 years of direct clinical and operational experience, preferably in home infusion or acute care
• Solid understanding of IV admixture services and regulatory standards
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing pharmacy personnel and processes
• Experience with CPR+/CareTend systems is preferred
• Prior infusion pharmacy experience highly preferred; specialty pharmacy experience will also be considered
