Digital Assurance & Transparency - IT Audit ManagerThe Opportunity As a Digital Assurance & Transparency - IT Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing assurance services over clients' digital environments, including processes and controls, cybersecurity measures, data, and AI systems. Within our Assurance practice, you will help organizations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while adhering to relevant regulations. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, taking ownership of projects to validate their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.ResponsibilitiesLeading IT audit engagements and managing client expectations effectivelyGuiding teams in the evaluation of digital environments, including processes, controls, and cybersecurity measuresUtilizing auditing methodologies and IT governance frameworks to enhance the credibility of client informationBuilding and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address compliance challengesDeveloping and overseeing the implementation of data quality assessment and validation processesPromoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across audit teamsConfirming data integrity, security, and compliance within audit frameworksIdentifying opportunities for optimizing governance and improving risk management processesWhat You Must HaveAt least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 4 years of experienceAt least one of the following: an active CPA license or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certificationWhat Sets You ApartPreference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: AccountingDemonstrating proficiency in auditing methodologies and IT controlsUtilizing cloud engineering and cybersecurity governance skillsExcelling in data quality assurance testing and validationEmbracing change and innovation in digital assurance practicesDeveloping skills in compliance auditing and regulatory guidelinesMentoring others in strategic questioning and analytical thinkingTravel RequirementsUp to 40%The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
