General Maintenance/Trainer
Now accepting applications for a full-time maintenance position. Must have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, re-modeling, household repair, and yard maintenance. Additionally this position will assist training individuals with disabilities to develop and perform basic home and lawn up-keep skills.
Looking for individual who is self-motivated and quality conscious. Prefer person to have own tools and transportation and hold a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must be at least 20 years old and provide references. Background and driving check on potential hires.
