What You'll Be Doing As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting and developing your team. Responsibilities Leading and supporting daily operations Training, coaching, and motivating employees Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met Managing supplies, inventory, and equipment Monitoring labor hours and productivity Assisting with cleaning duties when needed Resolving customer concerns professionally Communicating schedules, updates, and company expectations Running daily team meetings and collaborating with management Identifying employees ready for advancement Finding ways to improve efficiency and team performance What We're Looking For Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Prior supervisory experience preferred Stable work history Experience managing labor hours and inventory is a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Be Part of Something Bigger At AQFS, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
