Work with a supportive and dynamic team Flexible part-time schedule Monday - Friday (90 to 120 hours per month) Opportunity to make a positive impact in a thriving community RichSmith Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first impression for all visitors to our Leasing Office Assist the Community Director in managing the property Meet with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guests Ensure maximum occupancy and high renewal rates by renting apartment units Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and apartment showings Accurately complete paperwork for current and prospective tenants Qualifications: Prior leasing experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service focus Ability to handle basic office tasks (typing, filing, scanning, faxing, answering phones) Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office software and standard office administration and equipment Physical Requirements: Ability to walk the property, including multiple flights of stairs Perform physical inspections, deliver resident communications, and show apartments Must be able to pass a criminal background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
