Cashier - Part Time

Responsibilities Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Passion for best‑in‑class customer service and team‑player mindset 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends Physical Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets Climb ladders and lift 50lbs. overhead repeatedly May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Generous store discounts Health care plans (medical, prescription, dental, vision) 401(k), HSA, FSA, pre‑tax commuter benefits Disability & life insurance coverage Paid parental leave Pet insurance Critical illness and accident insurance Discounted home and auto insurance College tuition assistance Career development & product training Consumer classes & More!
