We are actively looking to hire a talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience as a PMHNP for our Columbia Maryland clinic, who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Wanting to deliver high quality behavioral healthcare. Seeking work life balance. Interested in growing professionally. Flexible work schedules. Telemedicine and in-person flexibility- hybrid work schedule working 1 day on-site at one of our Maryland locations and 3- 4 days fully remote for our Washington D.C. location. Top compensation can exceed $174,000 - $191,000/year, no cap. Compensation model based on productivity.
