Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days In Office | 3 Days Remote

Luxury Bath of Mid Atlantic is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our team in Ocean City, MD. If you enjoy talking with people, helping homeowners, and working in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

As part of one of the fastest-growing bath remodeling companies in the country, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners schedule free consultations for bathroom remodeling projects. What You'll Do

Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations
Handle questions and overcome objections professionally
Confirm and manage appointment schedules
Accurately enter customer information into company systems
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Conduct follow-up and quality control calls
Coordinate appointments with canvassing and sales teams
Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first call
