Guest Experience Front Desk Specialist

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for guests at our extended stay property. This role is key in creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for guests who may be staying with us for weeks or months. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys building positive, ongoing relationships with guests. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and extended-stay reservations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
- Process payments, post charges, and balance daily transactions
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met
- Monitor lobby and front desk area to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Enforce property policies while providing excellent customer service
- Assist long-term guests with account updates, stay extensions, and special requests
- Previous front desk, hotel, or customer service experience preferred (extended stay experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management systems
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Guest-facing role in a hospitality-focused environment
