Software Engineer – BA4 (Whippany, NJ) Develop and deliver high‑quality software solutions using industry‑aligned languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, devise solution strategies, and integrate solutions with business objectives. Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data. Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability. May telecommute pursuant to company policies. Compensation and Benefits Minimum Salary: $160,805.00 per year Maximum Salary: $176,885.50 per year Eligible for incentive award Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
