Our unique culture and work environment is a significant factor in our success which enables us to attract and retain the finest professionals in the industry.Your ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Technician will join a team of housing professionals for our Allston/Brighton Portfolio. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and custodial duties.Your QualificationsThe successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Must be available to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid Driver's License with access to a vehicle is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.Compensation & Benefits:MPI offers a family friendly workplace and healthy work-life balance.
