Details Operating Room setting performing General and Neuro Surgery with Urology, GYN, and Ortho cases Day shift, 4x10 schedule with 10-hour shifts, limited to 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6-week schedule Rotating weekend call required approximately every 6-7 days Scheduled late shifts required as designated, separate from call responsibilities Uses DaVinci Xi robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning equipment Utilizes EPIC EMR system Requirements Active RN license (MO or Compact) required BLS certification (AHA only) required Minimum 1 year of recent Neuro-specific OR experience required Experience with General Surgery including Urology and GYN required Experience with Ortho surgery including scopes and arthroplasty required Experience with DaVinci Xi robotic surgery required Experience with Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning required Flu vaccination required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1, with client-approved exemptions only Valid U.S. Social Security Number required Additional Information Serve as circulating nurse focused on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative patient care Act as a patient advocate throughout all surgical procedures Must be flexible with case types and demonstrate strong teamwork skills Hospital-provided black scrubs required in the OR No other scrub colors are acceptable Local candidates accepted at a reduced bill rate if living within 50 miles of the facility Candidates within 50 miles are restricted to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer outside the radius Up to 5 days of RTO allowed but must be made up during the assignment No employment gaps of 90 days allowed within the past 12 months American Traveler Job ID P-722460.
