We are seeking a compassionate, empathetic, and skilled  Mental Health Counselors to join our team for our North-Town location in Spokane.

Duties

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Educate clients and family members about mental health conditions and available resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations.
• Participate in case reviews during supervision once per week.
• Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and licensure requirements.
• Provide referrals to clients when necessary
• Conduct phone consultations to pair yourself appropriately with clients.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure or license-eligibility in Washington as an LMHCA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of basic therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.
• Preferably someone with  some versatility in the populations they want to work with.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus, but not required.

Pay

Compensation includes both wages and employer-paid benefits. When evaluating compensation, applications should consider the full value of PTO, paid holidays, retirement matching, health insurance stipend, paid supervision, continuing education, referrals, credentialing, etc. Earning potential is directly tied to attended client sessions and sustained caseload volume. We are more than happy to support clinicians seeking lighter caseloads; however, compensation expectations should align with the revenue generated by the caseload they intend to maintain.
