Warehouse Associate

Job Description Unloads and breaks down freight (e.g., trucks, trailers, rail cars, etc.) Sorts and organizes freight Operates various types of material handling equipment Sorts, repacks, and labels freight Identifies unusable pallets Has basic ability to read, count, and use RF scanner technology (training provided) Removes items from sorting bins, scans, and places them onto the conveyor belt Removes items from packing bins, scans items using RF scanner for accuracy, produces packing lists, and bags items Operates warehouse machinery in accordance with customer standard operating procedures (e.g., bailers, trash compactors, shrink wrappers) Maintains work area in a clean and hazard‑free condition Pay Pay Range: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour Pay Scale: Based on productivity Job Requirements 6 months of warehouse experience (preferred, but willing to train) Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment—continuously lifting and moving up to 50 lbs Warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred (e.g., electric pallet jack) Meet fast‑paced productivity goals and standards Excellent customer service skills Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including coolers/freezers) Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time Standing/climbing for 8 to 10 hours per day Effective communication skills Safety shoes required Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check Other duties as assigned Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance: comprehensive coverage for employees and their families Retirement plans: 401(k) with employer matching Voluntary benefits: life, accident, and disability products available for employees and dependents Bonus Eligibility Internal employee referral program up to $500 Eclipse Advantage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, reproductive health decision‑making, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
