We're seeking a Data Analyst who enjoys turning complex data into actionable business insights. If you have strong SQL skills, experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and a passion for helping organizations make data-driven decisions, we'd love to connect.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into actionable business insights. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to develop reports, build dashboards, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Create and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful metrics and reporting solutions.
• Monitor data quality and perform data validation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business teams.
• Partner with departments across the organization to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and identify process improvements.
• Document reporting logic, data definitions, and analytical methodologies.
• Support ongoing reporting enhancements and automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Experience analyzing business performance metrics and KPIs.
• Knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R for analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
• Experience supporting Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, or Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
• Experience with predictive analytics or statistical analysis.
• Exposure to data modeling concepts.
