Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Primary Skill: Windows / Linux Administration, VMware / Hyper-V, Azure / AWS Cloud, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), PowerShell / Bash / Python, Terraform / Ansible, CI/CD Tools, Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus), Backup & Disaster Recovery, Active Directory / IAM
Experience: Minimum 10 years


Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Manage cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and ensure high availability.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve system issues proactively.
• Implement security measures, access controls, and compliance standards.
• utomate infrastructure tasks using scripts or Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python).
• Support and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Perform regular system upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and operating system issues.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps, development, and operations teams to support deployments.
• Document infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Optimize system performance, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure infrastructure security, monitoring, and incident response readiness.
• Provide on-call support for critical system issues when required.
