• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (unpaid lunch)
• Hours/week: 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract / Temporary with potential for perm
• License/Certs: Active California medical license, BLS required, Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
• Experience: Prior outpatient Pediatrics experience preferred
• Travel: Local candidates preferred; travel details to be indicated in application

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $1.00 hourly (rate to be confirmed)

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient pediatric care at a busy clinic serving high-demand, socioeconomically challenged communities
• Manage an average of 25 patient visits daily, including well-child checks and acute visits
• Document encounters accurately and timely using EMR/Epic systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare
• Promote patient education and follow-up care
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations

What You Need:

• Current California medical license and DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years of residency)
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to serve a diverse, high-demand community

This outpatient pediatric clinic in Hesperia is part of a leading healthcare provider committed to serving a high-demand community with socio-economic challenges.
