Lead Technician – Lead Specialty Restoration Projects for PuroClean Property Savers You will play a vital role in restoring peace of mind for property owners during stressful residential and commercial property disasters. You will gain hands-on support from leadership while driving high-quality restoration projects across the Austin area. Lead onsite residential and commercial specialty restoration operations to ensure efficient job completion. Analyze site damage and implement effective disaster mitigation and safety plans. Deliver clear, empathetic communication to keep property owners informed throughout the restoration process. Execute problem-solving strategies directly on job sites to resolve dynamic field obstacles safely. Maintain strict adherence to industry safety protocols, equipment handling, and technical standards. Collaborate with crew members and management to ensure a supportive, team-oriented work environment. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic customer service approach. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and initiative in dynamic environments. Continuous commitment to safety practices and risk prevention. 1 or more years of related work experience in specialty restoration. Valid IICRC certification. Completion of a trade program or technical certification course. Proven experience working effectively within collaborative field teams. Bilingual in Spanish Hourly pay rate ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour with project completion bonuses and overtime potential. 401(k) retirement savings program with generous employer matching.
