As our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll identify where the market is headed, uncover new growth opportunities, and build the strategies that position Amcor as the partner of choice within key market segments. You'll work across Sales, R&D, Product Management, Pricing, and Operations to turn customer insights into innovative solutions that drive revenue, profitability, and long-term growth. This is a highly visible role where you'll influence business strategy, launch new platforms and technologies, and help customers solve complex packaging challenges. You'll also have the opportunity to leverage Amcor's global capabilities, innovation platforms, and market expertise to create meaningful differentiation in the marketplace. What You'll Be Doing Shape Market Strategy and Drive Growth Develop and execute segment strategies that accelerate growth and profitability Analyze market trends, customer purchasing behaviors, and competitive activity Identify market gaps, white-space opportunities, and new areas for expansion Build and manage a multi-generational innovation pipeline aligned to market needs Partner with Sales, Pricing, and Product Management to strengthen value propositions and improve profitability Support commercial initiatives that enhance plant performance and business results Lead Customer and Consumer Insights Great strategies start with understanding customers. You'll lead initiatives that generate meaningful B2B and B2C insights, helping Amcor identify new opportunities and create solutions that resonate with the market.
