Automotive BDC Representative
Vantage Auto
Job Title
Manage and contact all incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
Contact present customers via phone, texting and email to maintain and improve customer loyalty.
Work in close partnership with managers to provide qualified answers to leads and detailed information on customer requirements.
Establish relationships and set appointments for customers to visit the dealerships for test drives and sales presentations.
Assist with special service projects / campaigns.
Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Strongly Preferred: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Must have general knowledge of all makes and models as we handle everything, including many high line units
Must be good with technology (phones, computer, etc.)
Must be highly organized
Must be able to work independently
Team player
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have at least two years of BDC experience in the automotive space
