Healthcare Recruiter We're expanding our team and looking for a high-energy, results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic office in Frisco, Texas. Salary Range: $55k - $60k per year. Flexibility depends on experience. Key Responsibilities Proactively source, screen, and recruit qualified travel nurses (RNs and specialties) using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, candidate databases, referrals, and outbound calling. Conduct thorough interviews, verify licenses, credentials, and experience to ensure compliance and strong candidate fit for travel contracts. Match nurses with top-paying travel assignments based on their skills, preferred locations, compensation needs, and career goals. Guide candidates through the entire placement process - from application and interviews to credentialing, compliance, contract negotiation, and onboarding. Build lasting relationships with placed nurses to support them during assignments, encourage extensions, and generate future placements and referrals. Collaborate closely with account managers, facility clients, and internal teams (payroll, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and high satisfaction. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting metrics, including calls, submissions, interviews, and placements. Stay up to date on travel nursing market trends, pay packages, licensing requirements (including Nurse Licensure Compact), and competitive landscape. Qualifications & Requirements 2-3+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare staffing, travel nursing, or high-volume recruitment. Proven success in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in a metrics-driven environment. Strong sales acumen combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of nursing credentials, licensure, background checks, and healthcare compliance is a big plus. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously. Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and recruiting tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred. Must be comfortable working onsite in our Frisco, TX office.
