Night Intake Clinical Assessor - Admissions & Crisis
Universal Health Services
Thousand Branches Wellness is looking for an Intake Clinical Assessor for their new Altru Behavioral Health Center in Grand Forks, ND. The role involves providing patient assessments to help determine the appropriate care level and facilitating the intake process.
