Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care/Hyperbaric Outpatient Clinic

• **Work location:** Texas Health Southwest, 6100 Harris Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76132
• **Work hours:** PRN II requires a minimum of 3 shifts per 6 week schedule (working collaboratively with wound clinic leadership to cover the M-F 8a -4:30p staffing needs).

Here's What You Need

• Associate degree or Nursing Diploma required.
• BSN preferred.
• One-year experience as a registered nurse.
• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire.
• Current BLS prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
• Experience in outpatient wound care setting (preferred) and/or inpatient wound care

What You Will Do

• Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Responsible for delivery of wound care in an outpatient setting.
• Work with other team members to resolve patient issues.
• Ensure communication with other care providers is timely, accurate, and complete.
• Patient/family teaching and discharge instructions, referrals and supply needs.
• Utilizes evidence-based practice to administer wound care services.
