Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Job Description Licensed Nurses are valuable members of our healthcare team who provide direct and indirect nursing care for residents, as prescribed by the physician, ensuring care is provided according to established facility standards and policies, and in accordance with federal and state regulations. Licensed Nurses must be able to perform resident assessments and assist in the development and implementation of each resident’s plan of care. Annual Wage Scale: $74,880 - $95,680 Shift: 6 a.m.–6 p.m., 12‑hour shifts About Us Pineknoll Rehabilitation Centre is a skilled nursing facility located in Winchester, Indiana. We are seeking compassionate Licensed Nurses to join our team, whose primary goal is to provide exceptional care to our residents. About the Role Supervise and manage personnel on the unit. Provide total care for all residents on the unit and supervision of direct care staff to ensure residents’ needs are met. Review daily assignments of nursing staff on the unit to assure duties align with ability and training. Initiate and update the nursing care plan for residents on the unit. About You Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current license by the State of Indiana in good standing. Prefer at least one year’s experience in long‑term care or related field. Display good emotional health and be capable of extended periods of standing, bending, and heavy lifting. Maintain a professional attitude, including confidentiality, concern for all people, cooperativeness, and conscientious use of time.
