We're seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to launch and lead our new residential plumbing division. This is a unique opportunity to build a department from the ground up. You'll combine hands-on plumbing work with leadership responsibilities, helping create operational procedures, deliver outstanding customer service, and develop a high-performing plumbing team. Working directly with company ownership, you'll have significant influence over hiring, training, department standards, and long-term growth.
