Assistant Counter Manager

Papi Queso, the flagship grilled cheese restaurant, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Front of House (FOH) Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous management experience, or those who have worked as a Lead Server or Bartender. Responsibilities for the Manager

• Run great shifts

• Daily direct supervision of all staff and on-going coaching

• Interacting with guests to ensure great service and hospitality. Lead by example

• Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively and efficiently

• Competency in counting money, processing payments and accounting

• A genuine commitment to excellence and success of the business

• Create a positive work environment and maintain our company brand culture

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years restaurant experience
• Previous experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Fast paced experience preferred.
• Team spirit, killer work ethic and excellent leadership skills a must!
• Open availability with holidays and weekend flexibility
• Able to stand for a 10-12 hour shift and may be required to lift up to 20lbs. occasionally
