Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Retain customers considering cancellation.Scheduling client meetingsManaging office communication flowWork with the Agency team to identify coverage gaps and cross-sellQualifications:Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance license (must have currently)Bilingual - Spanish requiredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningSelf-motivatedProactive in problem-solvingDedicated to customer serviceAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to multitaskAs an Agent Team Member, you will receive:Base plus uncapped commission/bonus based on performancePaid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)Valuable experienceGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agencyThis position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
