RN Nurse Manager

St. Vincent's Medical Center

St. Vincent’s Medical Center seeks an RN Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees nursing staff, coordinates patient care, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports quality and safety initiatives. The Nurse Manager will mentor and develop staff, manage scheduling and performance, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and promote patient-centered care. RN licensure is required, with strong clinical judgment, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.
