The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10+ years of experience in construction, procurement, and project development, with flexibility to work from any US office. This role involves working on high-profile projects in renewable energy, energy storage, and power generation. Duties Negotiate engineering, procurement, and construction agreements. Handle equipment procurement agreements, including PV, BESS, or turbine procurement. Draft operations and maintenance agreements. Manage long-term services and other development agreements. Requirements 4 to 10+ years of experience as a projects development lawyer. Experience with renewable energy projects preferred. Strong academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the United States. Skills Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Ability to manage complex project developments.
