Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled job lead for our company. This position involves both commercial and residential painting projects, working alongside a team to deliver high-quality results. 2+ years experience in residential repaints and new construction.

Pay & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial properties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

2+ years painting experience required
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Clear criminal background
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Schedule:

Full-time position
Consistent weekly hours
