We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Attorney in New Jersey to join our legal team. As a Contract Attorney, you will provide legal services to our clients on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation. The successful applicant will have excellent research skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research to support litigation
• Provide legal advice to clients with consumer debt
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing counsel
• Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate and support staff to achieve case goals

Experience:

• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Significant experience in litigation
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with law office software and tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Skills:

• Ability to negotiate effectively

Work Location: New Jersey

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Will discuss

Expected hours: 1 – 40 perweek

Schedule: Monday to Friday
