Restaurant Manager
Flora and Fauna is a coffee house and supper club concept from the FARM Hospitality Group Family. We are seeking a talented, passionate, and driven person, with a love of good food and great service who are looking to make a long term career home with us.
Ideal candidates should have open availability for AM shifts (we are open for breakfast + lunch 7 days a week), including brunch shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Experience with creating and crafting unique and season coffee drinks and a passion for local sourcing is a must!
Our team believes deeply in the importance of a healthy and enriching restaurant culture, and we are looking for people who want to help us realize this dream.
ALL Major Holidays off (MLK Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve + Christmas Day and New Years Day) and restaurant discounts (FARM, Common Thread, Strange Bird and Wildflower Cafe on Telfair Square) are included in employment.
Full Time Managers (55+ Hours per Week) also have the option to enroll in Health Care Benefits, including Vision + Dental Insurance, 401k Program with Employer Match and receive 15 days of paid time off a year.
Compensation: Salary (Based on Experience)

Located in Savannah's revitalized Starland District, Flora and Fauna is an all-day restaurant from the team at FARM Hospitality Group. During the day, Flora and Fauna serves as a neighborhood bakery and coffee house, offering French-inspired breakfast sandwiches, espresso, and counter service lunch, to enjoy in store or on-the-go. Embodying the charm and spirit of the building's widely cherished former resident, Back in the Day Bakery, Flora and Fauna will continue to act as a neighborhood hub for fresh bread, baked goods, and pastries made daily. In the evening, Flora and Fauna will welcome guests for a full service, prix fixe "supper club" inspired dinner experience. The relaxed yet refined menu will include three courses and will rotate seasonally, enticing guests to come back to try the latest from Executive Chef Annie Coleman and Chef de Cuisine Tyler Kenny, and their women-led culinary team. The beverage program, developed by Front of House Manager Declan Carter, will offer a curated list of wines by the glass and signature cocktails. With an approachable price point, Flora and Fauna's versatility will create the ideal atmosphere for a date night, feasting with friends and family, or enjoying a special occasion. Under the leadership of FARM Hospitality Group Partner Brandon Carter, Flora and Fauna will join the portfolio alongside four other beloved concepts in Savannah and beyond, including Common Thread, Strange Bird, Wildflower Café, and FARM Bluffton.
