Foundry Worker

Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Foundry Worker to join their team. As a Foundry Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Foundry Worker

Location: Marion, IN

Pay Range: 15.50 per hour

Shift:

What's the Job?

• Perform heavy lifting tasks in a demanding environment
• Operate and maintain foundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist in the preparation and pouring of molten metal
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform heavy physical labor in a dirty environment
• Open to working all shifts
• Must be clean shaven
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards
