Marketing Manager – Construction
A client of ours is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry. This role will lead proposal efforts while also supporting digital marketing, company branding, project photography, and other marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage RFP responses, proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations from start to finish
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership to gather technical and project information
- Design and produce professional marketing and proposal materials using Adobe InDesign
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support company growth and visibility
- Manage company social media, including content creation and scheduling through Hootsuite or similar platforms
- Maintain and update company website content using WordPress
- Develop presentations and marketing materials using PowerPoint
- Coordinate project photography and video shoots, including scheduling with field teams
- Visit active construction sites to capture and coordinate marketing content
- Maintain consistent branding across proposals, digital platforms, presentations, and other materials
Qualifications
- 6+ years of marketing experience within an architecture, engineering, or construction firm
- Strong understanding of the RFP and proposal development process
- Advanced, hands-on Adobe InDesign experience
- Experience maintaining or updating websites through WordPress
- Social media management and scheduling experience
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Experience planning and managing marketing campaigns
- Strong writing, editing, organization, and deadline-management abilities
- Comfortable working directly with technical teams and visiting active construction sites
- Photography/video shoot coordination experience is highly desirable
