At Chick-fil-A, the kitchen prep team member plays a vital role in ensuring that every guest receives fresh and high-quality meals. You will help prepare ingredients, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and support team efficiency in line with Chick-fil-A's commitment to excellence, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Type of position:

Responsibilities of kitchen team members:
- Prepare fresh ingredients every day, including sliced agricultural products, portioned proteins, and storage preparation stations.
- Ensure all food meets Chick-fil-A's standards of quality and freshness.
- Follow food safety guidelines, including proper storage, labeling, and hygiene procedures.
- Support kitchen operations by keeping preparation stations clean, stocked, and ready during shifts.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to maintain the flow and speed of service.
- Help with unloading deliveries, organizing stock, and rotating inventory (FIFO).
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's core values of customer service, integrity, and teamwork.
