They will be tasked with leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of SharePoint solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on SharePoint framework to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SharePoint framework and SharePoint to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Proficiency in SharePoint framework including SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
- Strong experience in developing custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint framework (SPFX) and SharePoint Designer.
- In-depth understanding of SharePoint architecture, web parts, site collections, and content types.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug SharePoint applications for optimal performance.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong leadership skills to lead a team of developers and drive project success.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines in a fast paced environment.
