Laborer (Pavement Marking)

We're hiring hardworking team members to join our pavement marking crew. This is hands-on, physical work performed outdoors from April through early November.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare pavement for striping
• Lay out chalk lines and stencils
• Apply and remove line striping on roads, parking lots, and school grounds
• Load, unload, and move materials like cones, paint, and equipment
• Perform physical tasks including walking, bending, crouching, and lifting throughout the day

What You Bring

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Physical Requirements

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, and perform physical labor for 10+ hours
• Safely work around traffic, pedestrians, and heavy equipment

Schedule
Long days or nights, including weekends and occasional overnight travel depending on weather and project needs.

Work Environment
Active construction zones with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and live traffic.
