Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse needed for day shift in long-term care facility in Dubuque, IA. The role offers a 3x12-hour schedule with up to $1,700 per week and weekly pay. The position emphasizes compassionate, high-quality patient care and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals
Support patients and families with compassionate, high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards

Qualifications:

Active Iowa or compact LPN license
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
