About the Role

As an Associate Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in creating the exceptional guest experience that Newk's Eatery is known for. You'll help lead and motivate team members, maintain high operational standards, and foster a positive and respectful culture built on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality.

This opportunity is with an independently owned franchise restaurant committed to operational excellence and team development.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members

Ensure excellent food quality and guest service standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Support daily operations and help manage food and labor costs

Create a fun, respectful, and empowering culture for the team

Follow and uphold NEWK'S training systems and operational standards

What We're Looking For

Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Computer literacy and comfort using Microsoft Office

Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Reliable transportation

Open availability

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Minimum of 4 years of management experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills
• Computer literacy; comfortable with Microsoft Office Software
• Must have a valid drivers license and insurance
• Reliable transportation to work
• Open availability
• Must pass a background check
• Able to lift 50lbs
• At least 2-4 years of management experience
