SUMMARY

This position provides support to the Client Services team in the daily oversight of the administration duties of the clinic and monitors the quality of data for consistent quality patient care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide phone coverage for clinic Responsible for client appointments, by scheduling appointments, greeting and checking-in clients for their appointments at the clinic Oversee and inspect accuracy of data in patient medical files. Utilize client management system reporting to ensure monthly reports are inspected and closed out. Evaluate clinic supply needs monthly to maintain proper clinic inventory. Coordinates the ordering and delivery of material assistance orders for patients.
