Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute surgical unit.
- Facilitate the admission, discharge, and transfer processes for patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient flow.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
- Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.
