Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelines* Follows all State and Federal regulations governing the practice of Pharmacy* Oversees the initial submission, resubmission, and collection of all third-party claims* Manages and balances the pharmacy inventory to ensure maximum turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needs.* Ensures prescription files and other manual records are maintained in accordance with all state and federal guidelines* Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times* Insure all loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss Prevention* Oversees the maintenance of the pharmacy department to insure a clean and professional environment* Maintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professions* Maintains an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practice* Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information* Facilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel.* Assists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operating the pharmacy within said guidelines* Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed* Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs* Perform other duties as assigned## Qualifications**Job Requirements:*** Posses and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy* Ability to stand/walk throughout majority of shift* Successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test**Education:*** Minimum: BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy #J-18808-Ljbffr
