Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based remote care to participants, utilizing structured therapeutic programs to enhance their mental health.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluate participant progress, delivering timely follow-up care, documenting session notes, and coordinating additional resources for their ongoing treatment.
  • Actively participate as a valued member of the integrated care team, assisting clients in navigating available resources and securing necessary consent and authorization forms.
  • Identify urgent cases and take immediate action following company protocols to ensure participant safety during high-risk encounters.
  • Engage in regular team meetings, supervision sessions, and company-wide Town Halls, sharing insights and contributing to the collective knowledge within the organization.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality throughout all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with New Hope Psychological Group, you'll primarily work with diverse client demographics who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. Your focus will be on assisting individuals in developing actionable coping mechanisms and lifelong healthy habits through the use of structured therapy methodologies. Each therapeutic interaction presents an opportunity to make a profound impact on a client's quality of life.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Ability to maintain a consistent patient schedule, committing to a full-time workload of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience

  • Clinical experience in conducting psychotherapy, particularly using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based approaches for treating anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
